This link is to WordPress.com but things work the same for self hosted WordPress.org software, it has some nice screen shots. The Read More is a built in function.

that's not the answer I was looking for. If you visit the site mentioned http://vivonscurieux.comxa.com/ you can notice the featured post below the navigation bar and it has a "LIRE LA SUITE" on the right side part of it.

that's what I was asking on how to add it..

Read down the instructions to the "Custom “Read More” Message" part of the link.

All the Site you gave did was customize the "Read More" to what ever language the site is in. The instructions are in the link I gave you originally.

Or install in a language you like, WordPress has been translated into many languages:

No its not the language the "LIRE LA SUITE" translated in English is "READ MORE"

refer to the picture below to what I am talking about.

I understand, you can change "read more" to "LIRE LA SUITE" or what ever you want (I am assuming you are the one doing the posts) - read down the http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/ to the section on "Custom “Read More” Message" if that won't do, then it is above my pay grade, and yes I did look at your site reference before my first suggestion.

    Guys, I need HELP.

Maybe I am being really thick, but I have added the <more...> entry at the point where I want the break to be and sure enough I get the break, but when I click the more button, it takes me to a page that starts with the comment.... kContent-cl"> and a mangled attempt at a page, but wtih none of the following blog text. What am i doing wrong????

    Thanks

I am also trying to put the read more in the featured position, but it not appears there. Does anyone knows why?
    Tried everything and nothing works.
