Adding previous/next page to blog

At the end of the first blog page, the reader is not able to click ‘previous page’ to see the posts written earlier in time. My theme is Blak Magik. My understanding is that the code was never written in for this theme. How do I solve this?

Also, somehow Russian text was added to the footer of my page with a bogus link! How did this happen, how do I get rid of it, and how do I keep it from happening again? Thank you.
