Adding plugin has now blocked me from my admin login page and more (1 post)

    Hi Help, tried to add a new plug into to my wordpress site and now I seem to be blocked from my admin login page. Error message reads:

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /home/smartfit/public_html/wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php on line 1474
    Not sure what to do now, if anyone has any ideas please let me know asap.
