Adding photo borders and modifying margins

Hey there, I could use some help with two items. Best page to look at on my site for reference is http://www.miconfidential.com/about

First, I’m using the Elegant Grunge theme and doesn’t have photo borders in the CSS. Do you know what code I could use to get similar border to this site: http://www.tonfiend.com? I’m looking for that basic grey border.

Second, I’m not sure which margin I need to adjust to add some space between my photos and the regular text in the post.
