Adding pages

    i am adding a new page but I do not want it to show up in the navigation- how do I get the page not not show in the nav but to still be live on the site?

    Basically what I am doing is creating a contest description page and entry form that links to a post that discusses the contest.

    Problem is that when I posted the page it is showing up in the Navigation and we don’t want it there

    Can anyone help?
