I can't find anything on this, so sorry if this is addressed somewhere else. My theme does not use a header with page tabs in it. Instead they are displayed in a side bar.
I'm using the quadruple-blue-10 theme. I'm not so hot with code, so as simple of instructions as you could give the better...
