I'm going to use WordPress for news website. I can supplement category system by tags (maybe UTW, maybe Jerome, I'm not sure yet).
I have idea: it is possible to adding own tags for every article by readers (meybe only registered readers)?
F.e. this forum use it, Amazon use it... And with AJAX function?
Category system and tags are not really the same. There are several explanations in the forum about their differences, so you can read about it.
As for your question, read the documentation of the plugins you are planning to use.
