   Hi, I need help adding ONLY Facebook and Twitter buttons to the end of my posts. Can anyone help? Sorry, I'm new, and it's an old blog, using a custom WP design, version 3.1.3 I added Share and Follow, but it gives me every social media button. I just want Facebook and Twitter, and I want them side by side under the posts, not one under the other. Thank you!

   and look for facebook button and twitter button. There are single version plugins there.

   Look at the source code for this page. You can see the code for the buttons wp uses.
