Making new template page for portfolio items to be shown using isotope plugin

    currently my theme does not provide isotope in it, while i want to use a jquery isotope to show my work in more concise and beautiful way. So, how can i achieve this functionality right now ? my website url is Xtractweb.com
    kindly tell me how can i make new template page using isotope in that template ???
