Adding my WordPress Blog to Facebook

Does anyone have any tips on how to add my blog updates to either my personal feed or business page feed? The notes tool in FB sucks because it pulls in a crappy version of my entire post.

All other apps I’ve tried disappear, break or do some sort of funky thing. This seems like it would be easy, but it is turning out to be much much more difficult than I thought.

All I want to do is this:

When a blog posts publishes add a notification in my personal and business page feed that has the title of my post, a short description and a link to my blog.
