Adding my theme to the WordPress.org repository

Hi, I’ve been working on a theme for a few years and I’d like to submit to the repository as I think it will be useful to others.

I’ve read the post on adding your theme to the repository and it says that I have to clean it up before I can submit it. It has been complicated for me to get this far and I need help to clean it up.

Is there a whiteboard area where I can post it and have other developers help me get it going? Sortof a draft mode area?

PS It has dinosaurs in it (well the logo does).
