adding menu to footer: montezuma wordpress theme

Hi, I am using montezuma wordpress theme. I need to add terms & condition, disclaimer page to footer menu. Does anyone have a solution how to add a menu in footer.. I have create page for the terms and disclaimer which is in main navigation menu, but i want this to be appear in footer section
