When attempting to add an image to a post, every time I try to click on the "Gallery" or "Media Library" links I receive a page not found error message, saying "Sorry, we can't find "wordpress". Did you mean http://www.wordpress.com?" Any ideas why? Happens on both of my computers.

Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
