Adding Logout To My Account Page (WC 2.0.2)

Hey all,
Working with WC 2.0.2. I would like to add a link that says “Logout” below the Change Password on the my-account page.
All I have coding wise on the my-account page is just the my account shortcode. So how do I go about modifying the page setup and adding that extra
