Adding links in sidebar (9 posts)

I have created a sidebar category that says "Favourite blogs" and added one link to it. I also have a sidebar category called "Defeat Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy" but I seem to have created this one differently than I created the "Favourite Blogs". I forget how I did either of these things. I simply want to add other links to these areas and do not know how to do it. And yes, I do have blond hair. :)

  2. Look under your links section and see what links you have in there.

Also please provide a link to your site.

Thank-you. I thought I added my link but it didn't show up.

  4. It looks like your link under Favourite blogs was created using a menu. Check under appearance > menus

Yes! It is there. Thanks very much for locating it. Going forward, can I add other links under that menu. Or am I better to erase that link as a menu item and add it under links instead.

  6. I think that it's ok to leave it as is.. Both ways are good.

So I should be able to add new links using either method? Thanks again. :)

  8. Yes. The links section was created to set up a list of links or blogroll - http://codex.wordpress.org/Links_Manager

Using a menu does the same thing.
