Adding items to footer

    It is a work in progress, please don’t be too critical.

    At any rate, I am trying to figure out how to edit the footer to put “Subject to Terms of Use”, and I want the Terms of Use to be a clickable link that goes to mt Terms of Use page that has all that outlined.

    I have no experience at all with coding or PHP. Is this something that is easy to do using the theme editor tool?
