Adding Image to Header section

    Hello,

    I am new to WordPress. Does anyone know how I can add an image to the header section of my blog? What would I have to do in the CSS stylesheet to pull an image? I already have the image in my Media section and I understand I need to call it, but how do I do that? Appreciate the help. Thanks!
