Adding Image to Header in MW1.0 Theme (4 posts)

Installed WP 2.02 and updated theme to MW 1.0.

I am *no* coder... but would like to change the header so that instead of showing the site description it shows an image.

Wondering if anyone has any idea which part of the them I alter and what form the alteration might take?

    1. Correct the URI in your profile - it has aplus N at the end, so it's not easy to get to your site :)
    2. I am not familiar with that theme but most likely you'll have to look for the header.php in your theme folder and find this line:
    <div id="header">...
replace what is inside that div with a call to your image. You can have it as a bg image - and define it in the stylesheet => look for
    #header {...
or just use img src in the template. Careful with the image path, otherwise it won't display on every page.

Sorry about the profile - my excuse is I'm using an MS-Office keyboard with a bodgy (tho improved) layout... :)

Will go try the fix you suggested thanks.

Take a look at my site: AlexRaiano.com. I pretty much modified the MW theme so that it does what I want it to do. Let me know if you are interested in getting the changes that I made. I'm thinking about redistributing it with my changes.
