   I am not an expert, but I think the experts need a bit more info as well:

   Whats your site
   What is the theme?

   A few solutions:
   edit your theme
   edit your css
   get a theme that does this already (search for it).
   search for a plugin that does this.

   I think there are a few themes or sidebar plugins that do this, but I have not researched in depth yet.

   Probably best to do this in Css for your tags under your sidebar div... let me know if you want more info...
