Adding Html to sidebar php

Hi I have built a mobile site with dudamobile and need to add some html to the sidebar so it doesn’t show on the mobile site.

The code is dmle_remove=”true“

Would the PHP be

<?php dmle_remove="true“ ?>

Also where would i put this? In the Index.php? If so how does it fit in with the current php
