I upgraded to wp 2.8 before starting a new website build.
I am looking for a widget that can place a flash - FLV or SWF file, in this case my logo, on the sidebar. I have tried all the options I could find and they failed.
pb-embedflash would not even work - the widget would not add to the sidebar. I would think they would be many more plug-ins out there for such a popular effect.

I am also looking for this, and yes this is popular and would have assumed fining such a plugin would have been a breeze but have proven otherwise. Have you found something emptymindfilms?

I can put a swf file in the sidebar by putting the >embed< code in a text widget. But after opening a post, the swf will not load there anymore, anyone can help?
