Adding flag icons to transposh menu on wp blog pages

Hi

I have installed the transposh plug-in on my page (www.galike.es). I can’t find a way to make the language flags appear on my pages, in order to select language this way, rather than with the transposh pop up menu.

I’d like to know also how to place those flags on the upper part of my pages (now it appears at the foot part; making it difficult to see and make usuaries know they can change language)
