   Hi,
   I had a blog on WordPress.com but have gone to another host (for more flexibility).

   I have everything working except my FaceBook and Twitter feeds. What do I need to get these working again?

   Look for social media plugins, there are tons of them. You might find something that goes to 'add this' or 'share this'.

   There is almost always a plugin for what you want.
