Adding Custom Membership To Self-Hosted WordPress

Okay, so this is what i’m looking for. I’m looking to add a custom membership system to my self hosted wordpress.

Here are the things I want, and I want all of this to be away from the normal wordpress membership, I need it to be my own database and everything:
1. Custom member area where I can modify fields.
2. Custom login form.
3. Registration form in which only I can access and add accounts for my members with custom fields for the registration, it shouldn’t be an open registration.

Is there a plugin or something that I may use? It can be the normal wordpress membership system but once i can achieve those items that I listed.
