Adding css file and uploading it to the directory?

    Trying to enable the TinyMCE plugin for my Smartmag theme. It says my theme doesnt support it and i need to create an CSS file and upload it to my theme’s directory.

    I am a complete newb, can someone walk me through this?

    By way of walking before you run, i suggest that you learn about wordpress using a common or the default theme like twentyfourteen.
    Then when you know a bit more about what you are doing, you can experiment with themes for the right reason.
