• Hi. Did search the forums but didn’t find the answer.

    Here is my problem.
When I (or someone) try to comment a page which address is in english (like http://www.site.com/second-page/) WP adds the comment and redirects back to that page with the comment suffix (like http://www.site.com/second-page/#comment-42).

But if the address is something NOT in english (like http://www.site.com//%d0%b2-%d1%81/) then WP still adds the comment but then it redirects to the address OMITTING that “%d0%b2” and “%d1%81” (so it gets like this http://www.site.com/-/#comment-43). See, it has left only that dash because dash isn’t a foreign language.

Interesting that there is no such a problem with posts (though their addressess are in foreign language too), only with pages.

I strongly do not want to install WP localization of that language because I work well only with english versions but want addresses to be viewed in native language by users (and they are viewed correctly).

And I can manually edit pages’ addresses in WP admin panel but again I really need them to be displayed in native language.

Thank you all in advance! Will be very glad if the topic will be solved 🙂
