I would like to add code examples when I am writing content for a post or page. I am looking for a format different than the tag. I see some sights with a box that has 3 small lines in the bottom right corner like this site. http://www.studiopress.com/affiliates/120-240-banner
How can I make the box that is holding the affiliate code in above example?
you have a code tab above the post editor - use that to put code examples in posts or pages

Is there a prettier way to do this than using the code tab in the editor?

Well, how about writing code with a style like the one in this http://www.ejeliot.com/blog/85 post?
Is it just using CSS or using some kind of plugin?

Well, no wonder why I couldn't find one on Google, I had the keyword wrong. So it's called "Syntax Highlighters"...
Thanks songdogtech...
