   I want to change my Index posts style.

   My webpage is this: http://www.animeotakucorner.com
   and I want my website's index to be like this: http://www.figure.fm/

   at that website go down below and you will see the thumbnails on the left then title on the right, the description, the comments and the author.

   I know how to do everything except the automatic thumbnail generator. How can I automatically grab a photo inside the post and make it a thumbnail? As I said, AUTOMATICALLY GRAB AN IMAGE INSIDE THE POST AND MAKES AS THE THUMBNAIL FOR MY INDEX PAGE.

   Anyone can help me with my small problem?
