    Hi -

I am looking to add a thumbnail image to my contact form template and am having a lot of difficulty.

Can someone help point me in the correct direction?
    This is my site:

    Thanks,

Is the contact form created by some plugin or is it just hard-coded HTML entered through your page editor? If it's just hard-coded HTML, you should be able to add whatever image you want, wherever you want. If the form is created by some plugin, you should still be able to edit the page, add your image before the plugin's shortcode, and position it via CSS. If this is a custom template that you can edit, the HTML within the PHP page should be straightforward enough to add an image, and then, as I mentioned earlier, you can use CSS to position it where you want.
