Adding an Image as a background

    Im trying to add an image as a background and NOTHING works. This is what it looks like now in css:
    background- url (‘images/moo.png’)

    Why doesnt that work? It says on all the tutorials that is how to do it. Ive tryed all sorts of urls and im still empty handed.

    PLEASE HELP!
