   Hi.

   I would like to add a database to my website that visitors can edit themselves. I want to have a search function and preferably tag support. I want it to look like a web form where users can fill in information (kind of like when creating a new profile) and submit it after having entered a captcha keyword.

   Is there any plugin that can do this in a user-friendly way?

   I need something like this too. I need to display lists of program fees and have users be able to edit the fees directly but not delete them.
