[resolved] adding an 'edit' button when viewing each post (4 posts)

    Using the default theme I noticed that if you are logged in as the admin, below each post, it would display in the list of categories & tags, also a link with the text "Edit" that sent you to edit the post.

    I have found a theme that I like, but it doesn't display the edit link below the post. I am hoping someone can help point me in the right direction, I think adding that button is a good chance for the first mod for the theme. I just want to be able to edit the post from the page I am looking at it from.

    I think you could add something like this to the post meta;

    <?php edit_post_link('Edit');?> - and style it as you see fit.

    You may need to add it in index.php, single.php, or wherever you want to see it.
