Adding an Author Box

    I’d really like to add an author box below the posts or at least having the author picture and social liks to show up on the author page. The problem is that if i add an author box plugin, those boxes are gonna show up also under entries like the ones on the right column when i open a page, and that is terrible.

    Any advice?

    Hi – I’m currently using the Advanced Author Bio – is that different than the one you’re describing? Would it help? You can see it in action on any of the posts in my blog which uses the Twenty Fourteen theme at http://www.beyond-startup.com.

    Have you solved this issue?

    I have the same need.

    I love using the right side bar for asides and quote post types, but any author box plugin adds the author box to the side bar and is terrible looking.

    It’d be nice having a author box below a post to give credit to any contributors.

    no, didn’t find a solution, i just removed the author box
