Adding adsense code without single.php

Hi,

I’m trying to add adsense code to my post but the theme I’m using does not have single.php or page.php. Tried adsense deluxe but problem is if I include the <more> tag after the adsense deluxe tag then the advert will display on the excerpt on the index page.

Please help.
