Adding Ads on the right side of forum

I have sidebars added to my site on the right and I re-sized the forum so I can have the ads display on the right but it is not showing up? You can take look at it at http://solutions-review.com/forums/forums/ login with User: hdc Pass: test PLEASE HELP
