Adding a 'subscribe by email' weidget

    Hey there,

    I just created a blog today http://www.littleandedwards.com and I have family wanting to follow it. HOW do I set up a subscribe by email option?
    I’m using a template and can’t seem to find the widget.
    And the advice I’m finding online appears to be 2+ years old using stuff that doesn’t exist any longer.

    HELP!
