I am a novice but since I have no budget for a professional website, I am crating it myself with the help of a great online tutorial but I have a few questions, I am wondering if any of you would be willing to help me. The site is to sell e-books here are some of my questions. I understand that I need to change to the Pro version. Once I do,
    1. How do I add a shopping cart?
    2. How do I upload the e-book and its audio for download?
    3. How do I set it up so that only the person who pays can download it?
    4. I will be offering one of the books for free how can I set a promotion code slot for the free book?
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry! I forgot to give the site link. Here it is. http://Back2basicsspanish.com

    Hi WPyogi,
    Thank you for your response.
The pro version of WordPress Local Business Theme. I am using the free version while learning to build the site.

What are you using for ecommerce?
Paypal or WooCommerce were suggested. Do you have any suggestions?

I am using the Local Business theme because it is easy to learn. Would you recommend a better theme since I am not a local business?

Here is the link to the site in case you want to take a look: back2basicsspanish.com

Thank you. Have a great day!

You can use any theme for any purpose - if you like it and it's working, then why not. WooCommerce has lots of users so that's a decent option.

But if you are only selling digital products you might look at:

You can find info on the plugin's pages and support forum via the above link.

    For WooCommerce info, see:
