Adding a product warranty registration db to woo commerce

Hi,

I need to create a registration for product warranty in which once the customer is approved with their proof of purchase they will then be able to order their replacement through the cart. There will need to be a database and ability for admin to approve their proof of purchase upload and for the cart to know which item to replace. Any help on this would be great…a little out of my realm.
