Adding a page to a Drop Down Nav Bar on my Menu.

I am so aggravated right now. I have been working on this for days. Come to find out that both Prophoto Blogs and Bluehost say to CALL or EMAIL workdpress, only to find out I can’t. I wouldn’t have purchased the hundreds of dollars in website upgrades if I would have known that. End rant 🙁

On to my question. When I go to add a page to my drop down bar on my menu, I see where in videos on youtube (where I have had to resort), they have a panel on the right that says “page attributes” where you can then select where you want the page to go. Mine says page attributes, but doesn’t have the drop down menu for me to select where I want it to go. Only has a field with a “0” in it. None of the other posts have been like this. I am soooo incredibly frustrated and also losing business because my site is down 🙁 Not a happy camper.
