Adding a new site w/ placeholder domain

My website, created elsewhere, is live and currently in use. However I intend to create a new WP site using MU that currently has my blog site. Since my website is live I cannot enter it in the “site address”. My question is, can I create a ‘placeholder’ name that can be easily changed later? Focus words… “CHANGED LATER”
