   How do I make it so my posts are a predetermined length before they have a link that says something like "continue reading..."

   For instance you have to click the link at the end of the post to continue reading - that way the post isn't pages long on the home page...

   Is there a plug in that does this sort of thing. I am sure there is an easy fix. Thanks!

   This would work but it is not compatible with 2.3.3 - doesn't seem to work... anyone have any other Excerpt Plugs that work with the latest version?
