Adding a link to a forum after every article

    Hi guys,
    can someone tell me if there’s some plugin or a way how to insert a link to a forum discussion under every wordpress article? I don’t want to have it in article as classic hypertext link, because it should show on my WP homepage… My vision is to have it under the “about the authors” plugin, something like “Link to the discussion: url”. Thanks in advance
