    Hello,

Can anyone tell me how to insert a form with the standard fields (name, email, message) onto the contact page?

    Thank you!

I always use this plugin to create forms:

    Thanks, Edgarr.

I tried installing the "Grunion Contact Form" plug-in but it inserted my email address into the Email field rather than leaving it blank. Do you know how to delete that and leave the field blank? I'm not sure if I have to go into the plug-in code or if there is an easier fix.

    Thanks for your help.

Sorry I haven't use that plugin.

Probably you can check theirs FAQ's:

Or check if there is a post answering this in their forum:

Grunion contact form doesn't seem to be on development anymore. It had become part of Jetpack plugin. So if you need Jetpack (for something else anyway), it's there already. If not, don't install Jetpack just for a contact form.

There are many other contact form plugins. For a simple use, try this one.
