Adding a customised form

Hi!

Please forgive my complete lack of knowledge and incorrect wording.

I am a freelance writer and I set up a paid WordPress website to advertise my writing services. Everything is looking good and I’m happy with it, except I need to add a kind of customisable form which incorporates file uploads and PayPal and works like this;

*Client chooses a set option via dropdown list
*Client can has the choice to write to add instructions or upload file
*Client makes payment via PayPal which is “held” until job complete
*Client puts in name/email/password and receives log in details via email.
*Instructions are sent to me for completion of work and I submit the work to client.
* I want the client to see the piece of writing but “read only” so they can’t copy and paste or otherwise take the work without payment.
*Client has choice to “accept” and payment is released to me.
*Client can “reject” and the payment goes back to them.
*Client can “request a revision” and the work comes back to me and so on.
*Client can leave feedback.

I have seen a similar thing on another website.

Apologies again for my complete lack of technical ability/lingo

I would be most grateful if anyone can help me with this or advise as I have absolutely no idea.
