I am using the Estate WordPress Theme by Woo Themes. I have uploaded a custom header to my site. When I view my website on my computer and on my iPhone I can see the custom header. However, I've asked several other people to look at my site on their computers and when they view my site the custom header is not showing. Why is this happening?

As this is a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme vendors.
