Adding a Blog to a WordPress theme/website

    Is it possible to add a blog feature into a live WordPress website that was built with a theme that didn’t originally have the blog feature.

    Say a website like http://www.novowebsites.com that is using ‘Diadema 1.0 Theme by FTPThemes’.

    Is it possible to add a simple blog page? Would it be really tough? A lot of PHP’ing? Could I bring up a wordpress.com (..or similar free) blog into a WordPress page?

    If anyone has done this or has any idea it would be really appreciated! Thanks a lot.

    Sorry? Do you want to add your posts to your non-WordPress site? Or something else?

    Solution 1: create a page call Blog then go to “Reading Settings” at “wp-admin/options-reading.php” and assign post page to blog.

    if above solution not work go to below solution

    you can create a custom template for blog, if its not there and create a page name blog and assign template

    Thanks a lot Pankaj, I just tried the first solution & it didn’t work, it would just pull up the ‘blank blog page’ or would redirect to the home page.

    How do I create a custom template? Thanks
