Added incorrect code to function.php file: Parse error: syntax error

    Hey,
    I accidentally added the following code to my functions.php file
    #form-allowed-tags {
    display:none;
    }
    and I can no longer access my website.
    I went through my web host who put me back onto the 2014 theme but when I tried to activate the Expound theme again it came up with the same error. Is there anyway I can remove the code from my functions.php file without access to my wp-admin or do I have to go back through my web host again?
    I realise that I should have deleted that code before trying to activate the Expound theme again but hindsight is a wonderful thing!
