   Okay I added a new page to my blog but it is not showing up. I see the Home tab but the new tab for the new page should be next to it. I have waited an hour thinking maybe it was updating slow but that is really slow. strange part is I can search the page and it comes up just fine. Why is the tab not showing because it did when using a different template. site http://recyclegrf.com/blog/

   See if updating your permalinks via Administration > Settings > Permalinks helps.

   You might consider deleting your .htaccess file, if it exists, before doing that.

   where do you find .htaccess file?

   Use FTP and look in your web-root folder or the folder with your wordpress wp-config.php file.
