Add WordPress into a existing web page that uses HTML CSS

I currently have a site that I have created using HTML and CSS and I wanted to add in a WordPress blog to an existing page on the site. You can see the page I’d like to add the blog to here http://student.missouristate.edu/y/yingling017/blog.html . Essentially I would like for my posts to show up in the white space between my header and footer which is already its own DIV. Is it possible to insert some code into my existing web page that will allow me to have my posts show up on this page and also be able to go to single page versions of the posts? I’d also like to design my posts a bit.

I know CSS and HTML very well, but only know the basics of PHP and WordPress so far. Thanks for any help.
