Hi. Admittedly, I know very little about programming and WordPress. The business I work for recently hired a web developer to create a new website for us - and now our website is WordPress based (www.wedplan.com). We have a blog to accompany the website, but it is hosted by blogspot (www.weddingplannerandguide.blogspot.com). I would like to transfer my existing blog to a WordPress blog so it is more professional aesthetically and it is more professionally hosted on our own site. How do I create a self-hosted WordPress blog (with all the awesome functionality and user-friendliness of a WordPress.com blog) and incorporate it into our existing WordPress website? I'd appreciate any advice!

just do a separate wordpress install in a folder called "blog" and link to it from main site
